Manchester City has finalized an agreement with Brazilian club Palmeiras for the transfer of winger Allan Elias, 22, for a fee of £34.2 million (M£), including £32M upfront and £2.2M in potential bonuses. A medical is scheduled in the coming days. Tottenham, who are close to signing Savinho, may also land Omar Marmoush, according to sources close to the deal.
Savinho’s exit and Allan Elias’ arrival
Allan Elias, a Palmeiras academy graduate, made his senior debut in 2025. The Manchester club is signing him to replace Savinho, also Brazilian, who
appears set to join Tottenham. The transfer fee for Allan Elias includes a bonus clause worth up to £2.2M. A medical is expected shortly to finalize the deal. The negotiations between the two clubs for Savinho’s departure and Allan Elias’ arrival are now settled, though further details remain to be finalized before the transfer window closes. Manchester City is banking on the young talent to bolster its squad, while Tottenham looks to strengthen its attack.
Marmoush and Gonzalez could also move
In addition to Allan Elias, Manchester City may lose two more players before the transfer window shuts. Egyptian striker Omar Marmoush is in advanced talks with Tottenham over a potential move. According to sources close to the deal, there is a “strong chance” the agreement will be finalized before the September 1 deadline. Another player could leave the Etihad Stadium: Spanish midfielder Nico Gonzalez. Newcastle has reportedly shown strong interest in signing him before the window closes. Discussions between the clubs are ongoing, but no deal has yet been agreed.
